At Typsy Beauty, we want you to be obsessed with your look. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Upload clear photos of the product and packaging to ensure it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange shipment will be processed within 5-7 business days.
